First trip to the river

Spent two nights on the river Tuesday and Wednesday. The river looked very nice.Walked to Crewil Pool. I did not see or hear any fish. I sat on the seat at the head of the pool for about two hours. The only thing I did see was two Swans, Otters, Kites, and a lots nature.
Fished Tuseday night. It was a nice evening, the moon was out and the river was calm. I started fishing about 9pm, with a alis shrimp half way down the run I had a good pull but I missed it. I fished on till about 10.30pm, had a few more little pulls.
Fished Wednesday morning with the worm for two hours not a pull. Rained all day. Fished again Wednesday night and Thursday morning just a few Brownie pulls.
